In St.Joseph’s College, we believe not just in teaching but also in counseling and mentoring students that helps in developing their career and life as well. Knowledge here is equivalent in building character and real life skills. In this regard Commerce and Management department has decided to conduct Commerce & Management Intercollegiate Quest 2019.
After getting approval from the Principal, the department has conducted a meeting to start the preparations for the Quest with V.H.S.Pallavi as the Convener and G.Ravindranath as Co-convener. Dr C.Viswanath Reddy, Head of Department, Business Studies, Rayalaseema University, Kurnool was proposed to be invited as the Chief Guest .

All these events bring out the best capacities of the students making not just knowledge gaining but honing their executive and management skills. To add an entertainment part 6 food stalls and a selfie stall were set up. The college management arranged for the pandals for the stalls.
Program Outcome:
The program was a grand success, the Commerce & Management Intercollegiate Quest 2019 started with a prayer to the Almighty. The program was presided by the Senior Principal Y.Showrilu Reddy,Principal K.Shantha and the Chief Guest Dr.C. Viswanath Reddy shared the dais. The galaxy of intellectuals gave valuable and inspiring messages to the host and guest college students. Dr C. Viswanath Reddy urged the students to be up to date in current affairs and to keep up with the latest trends in the industry. The events gained momentum with the influx of students from various colleges and their active participation.
A total of 10 colleges participated in the Intercollegiate event enthusiastically and several won prizes. The students who have put up stalls had to handle large crowds and they did brisk business gaining practical experience. The fest showcased the team work of the department in carrying out such a mega event.
