Welcome to Physics Department

The Department of Physics came into existence along with the establishment of the Institution in 1994. Presently, the primary role of the Department is to train the Undergraduate students .The Department of Physics consists of highly qualified, dedicated faculty members and well equipped laboratories. Apart from the college library, the Department of physics has its own separate library consisting of the required books for the purpose of reference to the students as well as faculty members . The Department is committed to engage in high quality in teaching and pursuit of excellence in laboratory, having good Knowledge in different fields like Material Science, Electronics , Communication ,  Micro Processors etc .The faculty members are actively involved in Research and Development and also in interdisciplinary areas of science and technology . The Department strives to train its students to become skilled and motivated physicists.

To create awareness about the fundamental concepts and competency by providing the essential scientific knowledge and skills, so as to
      enable them to become competent and successful in the chosen profession.
