Faculty Development Committee
Preamble: The Institution promote faculty development by granting them deputation to attend conferences, F D Programs, workshops, Training in Research methodology, Teaching Methodology etc.,
Functions : The Committee scrutinizes the applications of faculty for selection for training in new technologies and on programs as specified in preamble and report to principal. Encourage faculty to present/publish paper as per University criteria / norms. Arrange in House training for all faculty members Personality Development Interpersonal Relationships Presentation of Skills Oratory Skills & Public speaking Computer Skills Orientation programs
Periodicity of Meetings : Meets in the First week of April and October of every year. The Minutes are to be submitted to the Principal by next day. P.S: The faculty Development Program includes the assistance to publishing research in National / International Journals, attending FDPs programs, organizing National / International seminars / Conferences in terms of leave, special assistance etc. to faculty.
