A computer science expo Technovanza 2020 was held on 28th and 29th January 2020 coinciding with silver jubilee celebrations of our college. Students participated enthusiastically showcasing their technical expertise through various innovative exhibits. The event was aimed at realizing ones potential and creativity .The fun aspects of the expo made the event more enjoyable. Static and working models which can be used for learning various concepts relating to computers were a part of the show.
Student-teachers from the Computers department across all math’s groups of the College participated in this activity. Students chose topics which are wide ranging and informative which throw light on various technological related aspects. Many trending topics such as Hacking, women security, Ambient intelligence were the highlights of the expo. The use of electronics where ever there was scope made the show more interactive and lively. The star attraction was a huge mascot of Android Logo welcoming the visitors and dignitaries to the show. The fact that show was a grand success was because of the efforts of students and staff who painstakingly worked to make the event a memorable one.
Dr. Praveen Sam Dean And HOD of CSE Department, Pulla Reddy Engineering College was invited as the judge to give his assessment of the various exhibits. Two exhibits Smart Stick and Ambient Intelligence were adjudged as the best among the lot. They were given away prizes on Silver Jubilee day celebrations.
Feed Back was taken from all the visitors to give their valuable suggestions and opinions on the show. Overall the event went on very well with ever one commending the efforts of the students and Staff.
