Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC)

Aim :   Redressal of student problems

Composition of the Committee:

Chairperson :   Dr.C.V.Satyanarayana

Members :   1. Dr.K.S.R.Chandrasekhar

                      2. J.Kameswar  Sharma

                      3. Dr. Narasimham

                      4. S.Latha Rani

Periodicity of Meeting Once in a Quarter on 3rd Saturday or as and when required.

 Functions

1. To review grievance from the students
2. To analyze the grievance received from the students
3. To identify the realities of the grievance
4. Take necessary steps for the redressal with the knowledge of the Management

Rule frame

1. Anonymous letters will not be taken seriously
2. The matter discussed in the Committee must be kept confidential
3. The Box is opened in presence of Chairman, GRC
4. Record of the grievances received is to be maintained
5. The Committee receives the grievance of the students through grievance/suggestion Box and attempts to solve with in a time frame.

Grievances received orally by Chairperson/Principal will also be considered for redressal.
